I accidentally forgot a pair of shoes at I assume the play area outside, and an employee found and held onto them until able to track me down! It’s something so simple but I’m super grateful because I love these sandals, and had cut my losses once lost. Thank yall so much!”

“I worked at Angelo Running Company since they opened their doors in June 2021. The owner, Joe Cook, is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He runs a very admirable business that he is super passionate about. The store caters to the wants and needs of runners based on carefully selected brands that many runners love. The store is constantly growing and evolving with industry trends in the running world. Working at this store felt more like a privileged hobby than a job. The current manager Colton is my good friend and running coach. Pictured is a photo of him, myself and World-Class American Runner Molly Seidel. We had the opportunity to meet her at a retailer exclusive event in Austin that the owner invited us to attend. Angelo Running Company got me back to the sport of running and I will forever be grateful for the lifelong friends I met. I can't say enough good things about this business and the wonderful people that work there. I have since moved to a different city to pursue my career, but if Joe ever decides to expand locations, I will always be willing to work for him again!Run on, Runbirds!”
“I was gifted a pair of these boots over 10yrs ago. I am an artist and I wear them for work quite a lot. They endure a ton of abuse, they have paint splattered all over them, and I still get compliments on them. They are a bit pricey so when these eventually give out I will be heart broken because I currently am not in a position to buy another pair, but if you are not a broke artist like me, they are most definitely worth it!”
“I have a pair of pricey USA made Red Wing engineer/logger boots that I purchased online in 2016. The sole of one boot peeled off, so I brought them in to be repaired. I Simply filled out a short form and they are on their way to the Minnesota headquarters.
One of the last great boot companies, so glad to have a brick and mortar shop in San Angelo! Once they come back in 4-6 weeks I'll update this review with pics.”
“I came here looking for a specific brand/style of cap as a Christmas gift. Lots of their employees where just standing around talking amongst themselves. Some asked me if I needed help and I told them what I was looking for and basically just pointed me to what they had. Only one, and his name was Daniel, actually helped me go through their stock of caps/hats to help me look for what I was looking for. Unfortunately, to no avail. But I had an alternative item I was interested in and he helped me pick the perfect one! So overall I am happy with my purchase and for Daniel's help. I will definitely seek him out, if he's still employed there, next time I need to find a particular item in this store.”

“Love the man , love his boots! Have had over 6 pairs of boots made by Kyle. EVERY pair fit GREAT! Looks fantastic. Nothing but complement's from every one. Cant help you on the time.. took one pair 3 years to have made, sure hated the wait but loved the boots! If you want instant gratification, i go to wallyworld... you can have a pair of boots now, hope ya can wear them for 12 years like the quality , comfortable one of a kind, hand made's... whine about the price of ponies... not at a man that is an artist!
