“Was in a pinch on a Saturday and needed tires put on in an hour. Steve did what he could on a typically busy day to make this happen. The other Firestone was too busy so I went here(Knickerbocker). Steve quoted me less than expected. As I was writing this review they finished 30 mins early. Another rep Nick called my name. I said, "this can't be done already?" He said something like, "well they said you needed a quick turnaround on this so..." That was a pleasant surprise to see them take my need seriously if it was possible. They made it happen. I appreciate this guys. Now I can make my daughter's concert in Odessa and not worry about that screw in the tire. Very Grateful.”

I arrived at 4:45 and found my car to be on dangerous tires for my upcoming emergency trip to Arkansas, to be with my son and his family as my grandson is not expected to make it through Thanksgiving. “The guys at Firestone were lifesavers! We were on our way to a camping trip to Big Bend and 2 hours into our 8 hour drive, we hit a deer. The closest big city to where it happened was San Angelo. It's the day after Thanksgiving and most of the shops are busy or not open. I called up Firestone at 9 am and asked if they can get us an alignment right away so we can continue with our trip. He said he would do his best and he and the rest of the guys at Firestone sure did! They worked on our truck and did everything they could to get us back on the road so we didn't have to cancel our last camping trip of the year! Thank you for a phenomenal job guys!”

“I don't know if luck was on my side but I found this place while randomly looking up places where I could get affordable rims and tires while having a very low budget and I came across this place so I went to their website and saw that you can put in an application online I was pre-qualified THAT FAST & EASYa few days later I went in thinking it was all a lie thinking I would have to have a huge down payment to be able to ride off with anything, well not exactly they gave me the lowest amount to put down that you could possibly think of, picked out the rims I love, went back the next day (which was today) and now my little KIA Soul is sporting New RIMS & TIRES all for a very AFFORDABLE PRICE && AFFORDABLE PAYMENTS!! These guys were amazingly awesome and help me find what I was looking for so fast and had no problems working with my budget range!!! I definitely recommend this place 1000%THANK YALL SOO MUCH”
