He pulled my tire off, took it back to his shop, fixed it, and put it back on for me. He was very nice and caring and got us back on the road in no time! “I first heard about them from a friend for my brakes! But then my car overheated and I was in a panic, so I drove my car there and left it. I called them Saturday morning to tell them what happened….. they was soooo courteous and efficient!! They had my car up and running with a brand new radiator by the end of the day! We had a terrible experience with a rental car that was given to us with a broken tire. Rather than replacing the car, they told us to go to a discount tire.
I'm glad we went here to get the tire replaced. Brad, you're the man. He listened to our problem. He saw how important it was to get this fixed quickly. Brad understood his job and knew how to get the rental car issue handled and paid for. Very professional and caring.

“Y’all my jeep sat in Abilene at a shop for 3 weeks, I had it towed to Kelly’s and he had it in and out in 3 days. There was a problem with a part they installed (product flaw, not Kelly’s fault) I brought it back and he fixed it at no charge. He his team went out of their way to make sure it was in tip top shape. I cannot recommend them enough!!”
“I was driving a enterprise rental wich had a slow leak so I stop by Firestone and let them check out the tire. Turned out it had been plugged prior to my rental agreement and the plug was leaking. The Firestone employee was really nice and took care of reaching out to enterprise that the rental needed a new tire and got that approval and put a new tire on pretty quick. I've always had good experiences with Firestone employees and will continue taking my vehicles to them for services.”
