“Nathan and his staff are super knowledgeable and nice. As I’m waiting inside, a female “drifter” who does odd jobs popped in and tried to con the owner’s wife out of an extra check. While waiting, the female drifter pulls out a picture of her new grandbaby and tells owners wife it weighs 1 lb. Owners wife: “don’t you think it weighs 10 lbs”. Female drifter:”nope, pretty sure baby weighs 1 lb”. Owners wife: “well, he looks pretty big to be 1 lb and 2 months old”. Hardest time I’ve ever had to not bust out laughing out loud.”

“If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Trista, Kenny and their staff went WAY above expectations on our unexpected visit to their shop. They were able to get to our truck right away after we had a hose blow out just down the road from the shop. The waiting room is very comfortable, clean and away from the noise and chaos of the shop. I ended up sitting there with our small dog for about 5 hours. Trista brought me snacks and they had drinks available in the waiting area. Kenny got the truck fixed but is was not the first time this had occurred in our 2005 diesel and we were just done dealing with it! We ended up buying a new/used truck from the dodge dealer in San Angelo and had to transfer all the stuff from one to the other including a golf cart! Then, we discovered the trailer hitch didn’t fit any of the sizes we had so Kenny went to town to buy one for us. They allowed us to leave the old truck at the shop until we came back through town on our way back home. We unfortunately kept them for an additional hour after their closing time trying to get everything set and ready for our next 5 hours on the road. It was a great experience in an otherwise crappy day. THEN the next morning Trista texted us to make sure we’d made it to our destination! This is a small business that goes above and beyond and that’s almost impossible to find these days. Thank you for everything!”

The diagnostic reset my vehicle and it is now working again. I went to pay for services and they wouldn’t charge me. I was blown away by this. I will make sure to send everyone I can their way. “Don't be deceived by the appearance of the shop like I was the first time. These guys know what they are doing. I am extremely mechanical and perform all maintenance of my Dodge Ram 2500 4WD 6.7L Cummins diesel. I found them using Ai. I called them because I thought I needed to install a more powerful transmission because my truck weighs 2000lbs more than the stock weight. I also wanted them to upgrade my brakes and rotors. Ryan talked me out of those upgrades which would have cost $15,000. That impressed me. I had them replace the injectors, fuel rail and serpentine belt. They found some things that needed replacing. I was on a trip and he had no way to call me. He had that work done and said he wouldn't charge me since he couldn't get approval from me. I told him to charge me. I'm 70 yrs old and don't want to do the tough stuff anymore. This is THE shop to go to for diesel truck (any size) work you have. I have to drive 1.5 hrs to get there but it's worth it!”
