We are visiting from out of town happening on a Friday afternoon, they went above and beyond to take care of our needs to get back on the road by the next day. Robert, the gentleman who fixed my vehicle. took time to point out other areas of concern under my vehicle that I should look at when we get back home. That kind of the customer care is hard to find, and I highly recommend rankin transmission. If in the area. their care and follow up to make sure everything was fixed and got back home is the type of small businees care that is much appreciated.

“If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Trista, Kenny and their staff went WAY above expectations on our unexpected visit to their shop. They were able to get to our truck right away after we had a hose blow out just down the road from the shop. The waiting room is very comfortable, clean and away from the noise and chaos of the shop. I ended up sitting there with our small dog for about 5 hours. Trista brought me snacks and they had drinks available in the waiting area. Kenny got the truck fixed but is was not the first time this had occurred in our 2005 diesel and we were just done dealing with it! We ended up buying a new/used truck from the dodge dealer in San Angelo and had to transfer all the stuff from one to the other including a golf cart! Then, we discovered the trailer hitch didn’t fit any of the sizes we had so Kenny went to town to buy one for us. They allowed us to leave the old truck at the shop until we came back through town on our way back home. We unfortunately kept them for an additional hour after their closing time trying to get everything set and ready for our next 5 hours on the road. It was a great experience in an otherwise crappy day. THEN the next morning Trista texted us to make sure we’d made it to our destination! This is a small business that goes above and beyond and that’s almost impossible to find these days. Thank you for everything!”
