Went to process an Amazon return - an unopened item in original, undamaged packaging, but was told because there was not an Amazon label already on the package, I would have to pay for packing or a bag to seal the item. They said this was Amazon’s policy. Tired of arguing because I was not given the much more pleasant option of returning the item to Kohls, I paid $5 for their bag.
I proceeded to call Amazon and explain what happened, and they said they don’t know what the store was talking about. I shouldn’t have had to pay a dime. Amazon was kind enough to give a promotional credit that refunded what I paid these scammers at the UPS store.
From reading other reviews, it looks like this type of extortion is common at this location.

Matthew from the San Angelo, Tx location went over and beyond his duty to help me find a package that was supposedly lost/not delivered. He helped track it and also called the UPS near the location the package was supposed to be delivered for assistance in finding the lost package.

I usually have a good experience here, but this new girl, *Marissa*, is horrible—rude and lacking customer service skills. When she was giving us options to send our package, she gave us a look like we couldn’t afford to pay. She got mad because we asked for a box for our package.

Amazing establishment! The staff here is so kind and efficient. When you come in you’re greeted with smiles, helped in a timely manner, and offered extra information/explanation when needed. The many services offered and cleanliness of the store itself are a major plus as well.

Wanted to drop off Amazon return in its original packaging, but realized it needed a label to be printed. I was told it’s $3.25. I couldn’t believe it because The UPS Stores get paid by Amazon for return packages! She said they don’t set the prices, but they do because we had labels printed for free in the past (not at the store, this was our first & last visit). We drove 3 miles to Office Depot, printed a label for 22 cents and dropped our package off at a UPS authorized shipping place.

Tried calling the store so I can set up a pick up with my son and they kept sending me to coustomer service where they told me I couldn't do that. Very disappointed and I will never use ups every again im now a fedex guy

Hours of operation do not match they are closed on Sundays. This should be updated to prevent people trying to ship things on. Several customers where in same situation

We arrived at 10:13 on a Sunday morning, and the sign clearly stated that the store opened at 10 AM. However, the doors were locked, and no one was inside.

Took in a small item less than a pound. Box was 10.00 and bubble wrap was $10.00. Learned my lesson.

The team members in this store are incredible!! We had a mailbox here for a few years but have been at our house now for a few years without their mailbox service. Despite leaving that service, we still are always greeted with a smile and thoroughly enjoy their pleasant, helpful, and friendly demeanor. Thank you for always being kind!!
