Prado Student Living is a mixed experience for residents, offering convenience and a friendly atmosphere, particularly for college students. The location is ideal for those attending the nearby RACE center, making it a popular choice for athletes. The staff is often described as attentive and helpful, with standout members like Sarah and Jalen receiving high praise for their interactions with residents and pets. Many residents enjoy the amenities, including a relaxing pool and various tenant activities.
However, there are notable concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Some residents reported issues with air units and moldy dishwashers that required repeated requests for attention. The noise level can be disruptive, especially for those in rooms facing busy streets. Internet reliability also poses a problem, as it tends to go down every few months without adequate communication about outages.
A significant concern for many is the handling of move-out charges, with residents expressing frustration over unexpected fees for damages and repairs that they believe were unfair. Taking photos at move-in and move-out is strongly recommended to avoid disputes over charges. Overall, while Prado Student Living has its benefits and a welcoming community, potential residents should be aware of the maintenance challenges and billing practices.
My son stayed here for his first year and the office staff was always super helpful and professional - especially Ki B. and Kayo who really walked me through the checkout process and explained everything really well. Thank you!

Best place to live on earth. The staff is amazing at Prado, especially Sipriana Alba. I have had the best move-in day with Prado.
