I visited three other jewelry stores, all claiming the ring couldn’t be repaired by setting a new gem, citing complex, professional reasons. As a last resort, I decided to think outside the box and visited Sifuentes Metalsmith & Equinox Jewelry Gallery, a metalsmith shop. I arrived with little hope, but the owner and his kind daughter were incredibly welcoming. To my surprise, the owner confidently said he could set a new stone of my choice and ensure it was securely bonded to my satisfaction. I initially wanted an emerald but settled on a jade stone after selecting my preferred shade from the options he provided. A month later, I returned to find a stunning piece that exceeded my expectations—a true masterpiece! As a bonus, they gifted me a beautiful bracelet. This family-run business is deeply rooted in community, even inviting me to events they host. Sifuentes Metalsmith & Equinox Jewelry Gallery is a gem of a business, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!”

The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It was also easy to include the gallery while walking around downtown San Antonio. “I love this little shop! We have been to San Antonio a few times but while walking the Riverwalk, we decided to check out the La Villita area. So glad we did! The Little Studio Gallery was a great find. We met one of the artists, Ronney Stevens and his grandson. Ronney was so very pleasant and chatted with us during our visit. He had some fantastic pieces of art and was happy to explain them to us. His love of the art and people were highly evident. He is a man with a huge heart and talent. You must stop by The Little Studio Gallery. So glad we did.”

“After reading the previous negative review from Margarita I was hesitant to apply for membership, but I kept reading more reviews and saw the gallery had 175 River Art Group members. That’s a lot of people getting approved for membership to be a scam. I really wanted to be a displaying member so I visited the gallery and spoke with 3 nice members working for “free” that day. Doing my homework before applying was helpful. I put 3 of my paintings in nice frames, did not use saw tooth but instead wire that the ends were secured with tape and applied for membership. I WAS ACCEPTED for mixed media. I’ve enjoyed my membership and sold some of my artwork. I recently applied for a 2nd media, jewelry and again I WAS APPROVED. Please don’t let one person’s negativity prevent you from applying.”
