Worse customer service! We went in trying to open a new account get new phones and I i-watches. The guy was so rude and got annoyed when we didn’t understand what he was talking about, we just picked up and went to the AT&T on 1604 and Bandera where Sam was amazingly helpful. No wonder THIS AT&T is always so slow. They have the worst customer service. Save your time and go to the one on 1604! Ask for Sam

I’m a long standing customer and I keep AT&T because of the customer service. The phones were located on a table next to the Customer Service Rep and he did not bother get out of his chair to assist me. However, this young man did not give me good customer service (swiveling in his chair as if I was a bother to him).
I’m taking my business (phone purchase) to a different AT&T location.

We went in an hour before close, with one associate working we understood there would be a wait . However this associate had the WORST ATTITUDE, POSSIBLY NO TRAINING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, and by far THE WORST EMPLOYEE REPRESENTING AT&T I’VE EVER SEEN IN LIFE. He literally told another customer he wasn’t a repair shop, can’t even believe this guy was on payroll. He definitely was not doing his job. The first and last time we will ever visit this 3rd party location.

I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store! JOE and JEREMY were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my purchases. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend them and this store to anyone looking for great service and expert help!!! Thank you so much!!!

AT&T may be the worst…terrible customer service, employee attitude and entitlement. Was supposed to open at 8am for iPhone17 release…lady sat in her car until 8, went in and said it’ll be a few minutes and then an hour later still not open. Where do they find these 🤡??? Do yourself a favor, if you need iPhone sales/service DO NOT GO TO AN AT&T store, Apple Store is the only choice!

Not sure why others are attacking this young lady gabby she was great helped me switch not only my phone lines over but my home internet cause I was spending way too much with another provider. I was able to get a new phone for not only myself but my wife and my daughter as far as AT&T I’ve had my fair share of bad ones but here I always get help I’ve been here maybe four times to make sure things were working properly and if I had any questions they always help and answer thank you everyone even if I haven’t met you yet I’m sure I will in the future thank y’all.

I received the absolute worst service at this store location. I was the only customer at the store and the employee refused to help me replace my screen protector under warranty because my name in the system was under my maiden name. I advised her I have been married for 10 years and she asked if I had an old ID with my maiden name. (???) When I advised I do not have an old ID she offered no further assistance other than selling me a replacement for $88 (even though the website shows they run $30ish.) please keep in mind I was just there a month ago, with the same issue, and received outstanding service. I went home called ATT Customer Service and was assured my name was updated within the system. I called the same Bandera location to verify the update and when the employee answered she said “oh hell no it’s that woman.” When I confirmed I was indeed calling back to verify my name update she said it still hadn’t been updated and it would probably take 7 days. I turned around and called another ATT store location to double check and they told me to come on in because they would assist me. Which they did!!! I am a long time ATT customer and I have never, in my whole life, been treated with such unprofessionalism and just down right awfulness.

Terrible customer service. Damien was awful, incredibly rude. I needed assistance with a technical issue on my phone. Damien explained they do not provide tech services. I asked how to get help. He shrugged his shoulders and told me to call customer service. I asked if we could call them together and he said no. I quickly became irritated with his attitude and lack of service and he told me to leave his store. This is not a true AT&T store; their services are limited and their staff are awful, especially Damien.

Worst Manager ever. I went there in two separate occasions for the same reason to get my account fixed with a simple fix. However he refused to help and told me he couldn’t help due to his system not being able to do it. He was so set on leaving and locked the door at 7:40 pm just so he wouldn’t help anyone else. Customer service has told me multiple times that the store is able to help on the issue. Never going back. So sad Malakhi and Sandra are gone.
