Today Sandra helped me to get my tolen phone back. She had a full plate all day and never once made as complaint. She always, I mean always referred to each client with the utmost of respect. I had to buy a new S24 and used it to find my old phone. The people who removed it from the gas station, instead of turning it in, to the management, handed me the phone when I knocked on their door. She worked tirelessly to reverse my purchase. I was ready to have to live with a new phone but as God would have it, I got my S23 Ultra back. I had a hell of a day but because of MS. SANDRA, I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH AT&T. Even at this store, because i have delt with several people there, she has been the most knowledgeable, the most polite and the most with the most. Please commend her with a pay increase. She is a deep asset to your store!!!

Just want to send a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Sandra the “should be manager” at this store. In my opinion she should be the manager there. She’s got great customer service skills, friendly voice, friendly smile, Sandra is the only reason why I’m still doing business with AT&T. Ever since I met Sandra she’s always been very professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and has a great personality. Unfortunately in todays world of CS those traits are no longer existing. Sandra is a large asset to this company. PLEASE let her know how much my family and friends that I have referred to her all say the same thing. Sandra YOU continue on doing what you’ve been doing. THANKS AGAIN…

I never gave any business 1 star.. but i have to give this girl at this place 1 star. When i came and she had 1 arm broken.. after i sat down … i just ask her 1 question is how we can switch the service from different country and she kept telling me about unlock phone … i just need to know if i travel out of country than when i go back to US so i can use the phone directly or i have to go to att to activate or what can we do .. so she still kept telling me about unlock phone and said we dont sell u lock phone .. OMG … sorry to bother you girl but u should listen carefully before u got mad

Avoid using this location. The rep that "helped" me setup my tablet line added insurance to my account without my knowledge. My account is on auto pay so I didn't catch this until 2 billing cycles in. I can't remember the person's name that set up my line but I would appreciate if management could reach out to me immediately to resolve. Thank you.

OMG! I normally dread going to any utility service centers. The wait is long, the process confusing, and it just drains your soul. Well, not that bad, but you know what I mean SATX. Walked into this store at 11:00 this morning and there to greet me was Sandra Sanchez. My hero. She was so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 20 minutes with smiles on me and my wife's face. Thanks Sandra! I don't know who your boss is, but he needs to give you a raise!

I have been to the store with different issues regarding my phones or services. The most intelligent, informative, and dedicated service person Sandra always solves my problems. If it is something she can handle there, she deals with it.
I have never left the store frustrated because she resolves my issues. She explains everything and shows me how to resolve it when it happens. Congratulations to ATT for having Sandra representative your company.

Ordered a phone from insurance. Came in to transfer my info from one phone to another. The gentleman who was working alone told me and my wife that it's not his Job to do that and he doesn't have to do it. He told us we have to call customer service and do it cause he is only a seller. He was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed in the service we received.

Associate was very unhelpful and lied to me about another location and had be drive out of my way. Once I called the other Location, they verified he was wrong. Horrible service at this location

Sales associate, Emma, displayed terrible customer service. When my husband and I entered, she didn’t greet us. There was only one other customer being assisted when we entered. We waited approximately 30 minutes before my husband had to approach her just to be acknowledged, to discover that she was waiting for the initial customer’s phone to complete a download. Upon speaking with us, she informed me that I would need my driver license as identification. My husband informed me to show her the copy saved on my phone in her presence. I began searching on my phone and showed her the copy. She abruptly responded, “I need a physical copy.” I’m not understanding why she didn’t say that when she heard and saw me looking for a copy of my ID on my phone.

Great customer service at this location. The rep took the time answer all the questions and concerns i had as well as help transfer all my data from my old phone. Even though she had a full store, due to her coworker being on lunch, she did not get frustrated and helped us all.Thank you Sandra and at&t

I would like to recognize Emma for her excellent customer service today! My daughter's iPhone was having technical issues and although the task in resolving the issue was not a simple one, Emma never gave up and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire visit. She was able to fix the problem avoiding us a trip to the Apple Store!! Thank you Emma!!!
