I went there yesterday thinking I needed a new phone, but praying I didn't. I was helped by Moses. He logged into my account and rebooted my phone. Good as new! Thank you, Moses!

Nicholas was awesome. He was kind, patient and thorough. We gave him a tough problem. My blind friend had an issue with latest software update. His accessibility features were turned off with update. Very stressful for blind users due to not being able to know what prompts are on the screen.
Nicholas fixed it, Yay!
