Had two missions. Create a joint checking and get a credit card. I was not expecting to accomplish both… then when I walked in the lobby, Antonio Garza found us and invited us back to his desk. I hate banks. No, really...I hate them. However the staff at this location was super fast. I walked in with the usual " waiting in line bank face" and I left with a smile. Thank you, Bank of America.
