Belle & Union is a really cute, adorable, and amazing stationery and gift shop. The shop itself is whimsical but still sophisticated and sweet. It fills that stationery love bucket with very high-quality, stunning, and elegant product, notably beyond any other stationery shop. There is something for everybody, including journals, many different types of pens and stationery, art supplies, amazing stickers, beautiful cards, and other beautiful gifts. There are also a lot of things you can get personalized.
The customer service is consistently described as amazing, thoughtful, and kind. The employees and owner are very kind, inviting, and helpful. They take time to explain products, help pick out the perfect thing, and offer beautiful gift wrapping. They go above and beyond, with gestures like offering to deliver items or providing holiday hot chocolate. Specific services for projects like wedding invitations are also highly recommended, with staff providing perfect, quick assistance. Customers love the shop and definitely plan on coming back.
Well they didn't have product/offer the service I was looking for. BUT they were the most pleasant friendly pair of young ladies that I spoke with. Offered good suggestions as to where I might try. Please do go there excellent place to try

Michelle & Lo were such great help when we had questions about there many stationary items and when we finally decided on our products they were very enthusiastic to complete our order! What a great find. If you like paper and pencil and ink you must see this store. The staff was friendly and most importantly helpful. I have found no where else in San Antonio to purchase bottled ink, fountain pens and the quality of products that they carry. Good prices. Excellent service. Fabulous selection!
