“I did not want to write a review because I don’t want anyone to know how awesome this UPS Store location and then it will get crowded. I will bypass other UPS locations to come here. The star of this location is Mallory. She is fantastic and provides the best service. Not only is she friendly, professional, and helpful, she know how to anticipate your needs. I had to mail a letter to Canada and showed up with the documents confused and lost, Mallory said no problem. Not only did she provide a stronger envelope than what I had, she explained the process and reassured me and did it. She gave me peace of mind. Thank you! Mallory reminds me of other services, so I was able to get a document laminated, I was going to buy a machine and now I don’t have to. Mallory has also offered to print documents and Invitations and reminds me of other services they offer. I have been here when Mallory helps other customers. She is very patient with older people and just wonderful.”

“This company is excellent. We have locations across the United States, and while I have plenty of decal vendors available here in the Dallas area, our San Antonio shop recommended this company because of their outstanding service.
Whenever I call to order decals that our customers need for their equipment, they consistently deliver quickly. On one occasion, we received our order by mail in just two days. We've used them many times, and they always provide a fast turnaround.
They've also been very responsive with larger projects. When we've requested quotes and graphic design work, they've often returned everything the very next day, allowing us to get estimates to our customers for approval without delay.
Their customer service, speed, and reliability have made them a trusted vendor for our business. I highly recommend them.”

“I visited the UPS store at 8521 Blanco Road on July 2 for assistance redirecting a delivery. Ellie told me what needed to be done for that to happen. We were able to get the package redirected to this UPS store. (It was a time sensitive package, originally scheduled to be delivered to a business that was closed July 3 for the holiday.) Ellie was also working on July 3 when I picked up my package.
Ellie was very helpful on both my visits tobthis UPS store! And she was efficient, friendly and professional. I am so very thankful for the helpful assistance and overall excellent service she provided!”
