So far, so good. Engaged and knowledgeable, shop is clean, very busy. UPDATE: Still 5 stars. Excellent experience overall, Cary is attentive and quite willing to explain how and why, the pricing is very fair with no surprises, and I would recommend Bert's. A great independent shop and alternative to the dealer.
