Best Western Plus Hill Country Suites offers clean and quiet rooms with great mattresses for a good night's sleep, and amenities that work well. The hot tub is noted as being amazingly hot. The hotel staff is generally described as friendly, helpful, and professional, with a courteous front desk that helps secure the best rate. While the parking lot layout is odd, parking has no charge. The location is by a large overpass, making access a bit tricky, but some stores are within walking distance. Noise from outside is noted, but inside the hotel remains quiet. Guests express a desire to return.
It was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and affordable. Way better than the luxury in downtown san antonio.

The room seemed a little dated could be the darker color or no smart tv. The bed was uncomfortable and was hard to sleep on. The pillows were flat and not comfortable at all.

Its an okay hotel. Did experience a/c issues that were due to poor air circulation and very humid room. The bath didn't have any soaps.
