This Big Lots in San Antonio is in Nacon Plaza, though it is not easily visible from the main road. The store is well stocked with lots of variety, including furniture, food, decor, and nice patio items. Customers find great deals and always look at the clearance sections for a bargain. The staff is exceptional and helpful, quickly resolving issues. The store is clean, organized, and newly stocked. However, the store is old, and some note not feeling safe going alone due to activity in the parking lot.
Disappointed, went to several stores and no a one had any Tide detergent. Shelves were pretty empty of cleaning items. Truck had come in but no Tide products. Two of the stores are closing, was told due to bankruptcy.

Shout out to Bruce. Helped me with what I needed, called another location and found it. Made it really easy. Down to earth nice guy to deal with.

EVERY time I go in I find it clean, organized, newly stocked AND the staff is exceptional. Almost like they own their own store.
