Bolner's Meat Co. was a beloved business known for its high-quality meats and welcoming atmosphere. Customers fondly remember the aroma of smoked meat that greeted them and the friendly staff who explained the unique selection of fresh and frozen meats. The store was famous for its garlic and jalapeno sausage, Akashi steak, and ready-to-cook fajitas, which many considered the best. It was a place where families and locals would drive from far away, including from the DFW area, just to experience the quality and taste of their meats. Over the years, Bolner's Meat Co. has been a community staple for over 100 years. Sadly, due to COVID-19, the store has shut down and has not reopened, which has left many customers disappointed and longing for its return. Visitors miss the traditional shopping experience and hope for the business to reopen and continue serving its loyal community.

Seems like great quality meat. Please note the retail market portion is closed. They sell some meats, but it's at a back door up a small set of stairs.
