Went into the store yesterday to initially get an upgrade. However according to Customer Service I was unable too due to whatever was going on, (possibly due to me downsizing to cheaper plan) Anyhoo,,Loki(please forgive me if I didn't get the name correct) was Excellent in his patience with me, Excellent in his educating me (I wound up doing a Sim Swap to an older phone) about phones, upgrades, etc. He was Excellent in his professionalism and genuine friendliness. If I need to go back to a Boost Mobile store again, he best be running that store no matter where it is. I'll definitely do business with him again if need be.

Boost is the first phone company I have ever had always drop calls they sold me a phone that do not even work most of the time .. to send text messages I have to send it 7 different time before it can go through. Then when I took the phone to try in fix it they try in sale me something else..Everyone so not be like me do your research

Manager was awesome.Just wish I knew that unlimited data is not unlimited high speed data .And when you're finished with your high-speed data it gets throttled back so hard you can barely surf the Internet but the manager was a really good guy I just wasn't asking the right questions.I've been with team mobile for 16 years and I recently had the magenta max which had unlimited high speed data I think I might have to go back to T-Mobile

I gave only one star cuz I can't give 0Go to the Boost up Fredericksburg Rd, in between the Antonian and McDs.The ppls there are NOT lazy, know what they are doing, and NOT just trying to make a sale so they can get paid $13/hr instead of $11.This store does NOT want your business, trust me, they could care more, but they couldn't care less!!
