Boost Mobile offers the latest 5G devices and prepaid phone plans, with great deals on phones from brands like Apple and Samsung. Staff are frequently described as excellent, patient, professional, friendly, helpful, and awesome. Multiple reviews highlight outstanding service where employees expertly assist with upgrades, SIM swaps, and education about plans and phones. However, some customers note that unlimited data plans are not unlimited high-speed data and can be heavily throttled after a limit. There are also comments that phones for existing customers can have high prices, though the data offerings for the price can be hard to find elsewhere. The experience at the store is often reported as making a customer's day, leading to high recommendations.
