They lied to me and now they closed my account for NSF fees! Was NEVER notified when asked they said it's my fault! I don't mind paying some but I'm not fully responsible!

I got charged an insufficient funds fee on my account when I shouldn't have been. I went in, I was taken care of right away. They reversed the fee and I was good to go in less than 5 minutes. The customer service is amazing here. Always greeting customers with a smile. I'm glad I switched to Broadway Bank!
