“Things I like as a high-tier loyalty member:
Just walking to the car I want, make sure our luggage fits, changing cars if necessary, and then just proceeding to the exit. I also love parking the car upon returning it and then just walking to my flight. No waiting for the busy clerk. National is in all the airports I travel to, prices are usually competitive (but that's getting worse...), and the webiste is functional and easy enough.
I'd be willing to try a plug-in hybrid if they get any.”
“I've rented from Alamo my past two times; once in San Antonio TX, and once in Rome, Italy. Both times the rental was hassle free...no upsell pressure, no games. Convenient, courteous and overall a pleasant experience.
Other recent car rentals I've had (with a couple different competitors) were a debacle of outright thievery and/or accusations of damage (that had never happened). Basically attempts to extort money from me. I don't think I can mention those competitors here, but let's just say that I'll be choosing Alamo again in the future. Treat your customers right, and they'll return.”

Only downfall was ince again the truck we rented did not have running boards which obviously made it a little harder getting in. RUNNING BOARDS ON TRUCKS GUYS!!!

“I like Alamo. I don't like playing a shell game of what vehicle they try to get you into when the one you requested isn't available. It's the first time I've had this problem with Alamo. This experience is a one-off. I'll still rent with them. They've been great every other time over the last 11 years.”

“My experience working with enterprise was delightful, even given the circumstances. I had to leave my vehicle at the dealership for about a week and needed to rent a car. An enterprise staff member PICKED ME UP from the dealership and brought me to their office location. The representative I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and answered every question I had. Twice, I had to extend my rental reservation due to my vehicle not yet being ready. All I had to do was call in and let them know, and it was done in less than 5 minutes. Once my vehicle was ready, I drove the rental to the office and a staff member drove me to the dealership to pickup my vehicle. I can’t thank enterprise enough for the support and assistance provided during this time. Thank you!”

“Everything went well for me starting with phone call reservatio n to picking up car. No vehicle alert indicators. I had no worries about vehicle. Returning vehicle also went smoothly. I asked for a ride home. Employee who drove was a very nice and friendly individual. He was so courteous as to give me a hand with unloading my bags . I needed the help (I am 73 yrs old and aches and pains galore) actually handicap. I am very grateful for this Employee. He has actually given me a ride twice to my home from the Enterprise car lot. “I got a phone call the day before my pickup to confirm my rental which was so courteous and much appreciated. Pick up was fast and thorough and stagf was super great. Johanna was so friendly and made the whole process very smooth. The car was clean and we had no issues. I had to call to extend my rental and was never put on hold even though I know this location stays very busy. They treated me fairly and made sure I was taken care of. Drop off went just as well and staff was once again so great! :) awesome experience over all”

“Kelsey and Zach did a phenomenal job at taking care of me. Kelsey helped with the process of getting the rental, gave me great options and made sure I left with a vehicle that most suited my family and I. Zach helped today with the dropping off the vehicle. He was absolutely the best. I was a upset due to the 3rd parties insurance and lack of communication, however, Zach de-esculated the situation and gave me great options. I will HIGHLY recommend this location hands down.”
“I’m not going to focus too much on the rental vehicle with this review because the one I got was not only clean but it also ran exceptionally well. What I really want to focus on is the customer service from both Mike and Tammy that went above and beyond for me. I’ve also rented enough vehicles in my life to say that after reading the reviews, people forget that they need to read the requirements of what is needed before renting a vehicle (Please make sure that if you live in San Antonio, that you bring a current utility bill in your name AND that you have good enough credit to use your debit card, otherwise, you will need a credit card under your name with funds available to hold the vehicle. THIS IS ALL STATED WHEN BOOKING ONLINE. Also, take pictures before you leave the lot. Document all scrapes, dings, scratches, holes, ANYTHING before leaving and notifying them of this, too. Otherwise, it’s on you. With that being said, having an open communication and friendly attitude goes a long way and this is what I was consistently met with here at this location. 100% will rent here again. Thank you, Tammy for making both the check-in and check-out process so easy. San Antonio and Avis are blessed to have a wonderful employee like you!”
“My sister had a wreck, and had to get a rental car from Enterprise Rental Car. They did not have any vehicles at the time. This location was So accomidating to her. It took about a month to get her vehicle back. We returned the car and again this location and staff took care of us.

“Staff at the Enterprise McAllister location are always very friendly, courteous and efficient. Even during peak times they provide excellent service and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable driving the vehicle out of the lot. If ever there's an issue with the vehicle they are super quick in getting you into a replacement without a hassle. I travel for work and drive a rental vehicle all year round. This is my ninth straight year renting from Enterprise and I've never had a bad experience at this location.”
