“One month prior to spring break, I had made a reservation with Hertz for a minivan and my credit card was charged. The day before I was to pick up the vehicle, I was told that they were out of minivans even though I had made a reservation. That evening I went to Avis and Jake told me that he would try to help me out and told me to come in the following day. Shortly after I arrived on Saturday, Jake was able to place me in a minivan and literally saved my families vacation as we had reservations in Houston, New Orleans, Pensacola and Jacksonville. I highly recommend Jake and his team, he has won my business.”

“Not having any experience about dealing with car insurance , or renting a car, I was sent to this location for car rental. Isaiah piedra( very young man) took upon himself to helping me , way back and behind! He's one of a kind person I ever encountered. Also when I returned the rental car Friday after four pm, Isaiah was at the counter taking care of about at least 15 people, he never stop being friendly and courteous to everyone! “I had to rent a vehicle last minute due to my truck needing service. I decided to go to this location and was able to rent a vehicle with no hassle. Easy peasy. Not to mention when I had to turn it in a day sooner than expected. Cynthia was so nice to wait for me as they were closing and gave me a great deal. Arriana was super nice and friendly to inspect and receive the car. I loved their attentiveness and friendliness. This location is very nice and clean. I will definitely come here again. “the girls are super professional and always busy working. they answered the phone and my questions every time even if it was the same questions. they were able to set me up with a vehicle to work in as a walk in with no reservation. unfortunately, as much as i want to continue to do business with them i can’t because they don’t offer insurance that covers the vehicle when there isn’t a passenger in the car. regardless, i appreciate the overall experience they were able to set up for me. with no doubt, they absolutely deserve 5 stars.”

They didn't have the car type I reserved but they provided a larger vehicle at a reduced cost with an opportunity to trade in the next day for a less expensive vehicle.
