“Things I like as a high-tier loyalty member:
Just walking to the car I want, make sure our luggage fits, changing cars if necessary, and then just proceeding to the exit. I also love parking the car upon returning it and then just walking to my flight. No waiting for the busy clerk. National is in all the airports I travel to, prices are usually competitive (but that's getting worse...), and the webiste is functional and easy enough.
I'd be willing to try a plug-in hybrid if they get any.”
“Great service with friendly and helpful people. Fast and easy to get the car with 'Skip the Counter'. The exit was very crowded but the manager and others were helping to check people out so we got out quickly. Staff during the return were also very friendly and helpful.”

“They took a little bit to get my car, but they wanted to make sure that it was completely clean. We got a van that was comparable to what we what we needed. The customer service was fast and they even picked us up from the body shop where our van was being repaired all in all everything was a great service great speed, and easy drop off”
“I like Alamo. I don't like playing a shell game of what vehicle they try to get you into when the one you requested isn't available. It's the first time I've had this problem with Alamo. This experience is a one-off. I'll still rent with them. They've been great every other time over the last 11 years.”

“Great experience at this branch the whole team was professional and polite and worked together to help me in my time of need. I unexpectedly needed a car last minute and Mateo helped me, he found me a nice midsize Nissan and kept the price in range for me. He had it clean and ready to go when I arrived even though they were busy and short on vehicles I had no wait on arrival or return. Thanks again you will be my 1st choice next time I need a vehicle.”
“My experience working with enterprise was delightful, even given the circumstances. I had to leave my vehicle at the dealership for about a week and needed to rent a car. An enterprise staff member PICKED ME UP from the dealership and brought me to their office location. The representative I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and answered every question I had. Twice, I had to extend my rental reservation due to my vehicle not yet being ready. All I had to do was call in and let them know, and it was done in less than 5 minutes. Once my vehicle was ready, I drove the rental to the office and a staff member drove me to the dealership to pickup my vehicle. I can’t thank enterprise enough for the support and assistance provided during this time. Thank you!”

“I’m not going to focus too much on the rental vehicle with this review because the one I got was not only clean but it also ran exceptionally well. What I really want to focus on is the customer service from both Mike and Tammy that went above and beyond for me. I’ve also rented enough vehicles in my life to say that after reading the reviews, people forget that they need to read the requirements of what is needed before renting a vehicle (Please make sure that if you live in San Antonio, that you bring a current utility bill in your name AND that you have good enough credit to use your debit card, otherwise, you will need a credit card under your name with funds available to hold the vehicle. THIS IS ALL STATED WHEN BOOKING ONLINE. Also, take pictures before you leave the lot. Document all scrapes, dings, scratches, holes, ANYTHING before leaving and notifying them of this, too. Otherwise, it’s on you. With that being said, having an open communication and friendly attitude goes a long way and this is what I was consistently met with here at this location. 100% will rent here again. Thank you, Tammy for making both the check-in and check-out process so easy. San Antonio and Avis are blessed to have a wonderful employee like you!”

It’s rare to find excellent customer service these days and I’ll be coming here from now on for my rentals.”

“The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is they need more help. They had one lady pretty much running the front desk, with a lobby full of people. She was extremely efficient and had exceptional customer service. She was still extremely friendly and willing to help. The phone was ringing off the hook because there was no one else to help her. I went in on both a Saturday and a Thursday. She was there both days and pretty much ran the show. I give her 10 out of 10 stars. Enterprise itself could use more staff to relieve the load off the person running the front desk.”

“Staff at the Enterprise McAllister location are always very friendly, courteous and efficient. Even during peak times they provide excellent service and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable driving the vehicle out of the lot. If ever there's an issue with the vehicle they are super quick in getting you into a replacement without a hassle. I travel for work and drive a rental vehicle all year round. This is my ninth straight year renting from Enterprise and I've never had a bad experience at this location.”

I find that the team here has REALLY good customer service. It’s obviously attributed to the branch manager, Juan who is a beaming ray of sunshine.
I have actually gotten really great vehicles from this location that are clean and well maintained
Lastly, this location is really for the people and I will stick with coming here for any future rentals because they are everything you could ask for and then some!”

“I never write reviews, but this experience with Enterprise was worth writing about. We now have our “go-to” to rental location!!!
We reserved a Mercedes Sprinter online for a family trip, but when we arrived at the location, they only had a Ford Transit available. The Transit got the job done, but we were definitely disappointed because we had specifically been looking forward to having the Sprinter for the trip.
When we returned the vehicle, I mentioned it to management and told them how much we wished we could have gotten the Sprinter we originally reserved. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything from it—I just wanted to give them the feedback.
Their response is what made me want to write this review.
Management was extremely understanding, friendly, and professional. They listened to our concerns and, without making it a hassle, gave us two free rental days to use in the future.
That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find. Things don’t always go perfectly, but a company really shows its character by how it handles situations when they don’t. Enterprise took what could have been a disappointing experience and completely turned it around.
We’ll absolutely rent from them again. 10/10 customer service and a great example of management actually caring about the customer experience.”
