“Things I like as a high-tier loyalty member:
Just walking to the car I want, make sure our luggage fits, changing cars if necessary, and then just proceeding to the exit. I also love parking the car upon returning it and then just walking to my flight. No waiting for the busy clerk. National is in all the airports I travel to, prices are usually competitive (but that's getting worse...), and the webiste is functional and easy enough.
I'd be willing to try a plug-in hybrid if they get any.”
“I've rented from Alamo my past two times; once in San Antonio TX, and once in Rome, Italy. Both times the rental was hassle free...no upsell pressure, no games. Convenient, courteous and overall a pleasant experience.
Other recent car rentals I've had (with a couple different competitors) were a debacle of outright thievery and/or accusations of damage (that had never happened). Basically attempts to extort money from me. I don't think I can mention those competitors here, but let's just say that I'll be choosing Alamo again in the future. Treat your customers right, and they'll return.”

“Great experience at this branch the whole team was professional and polite and worked together to help me in my time of need. I unexpectedly needed a car last minute and Mateo helped me, he found me a nice midsize Nissan and kept the price in range for me. He had it clean and ready to go when I arrived even though they were busy and short on vehicles I had no wait on arrival or return. Thanks again you will be my 1st choice next time I need a vehicle.”
“My experience working with enterprise was delightful, even given the circumstances. I had to leave my vehicle at the dealership for about a week and needed to rent a car. An enterprise staff member PICKED ME UP from the dealership and brought me to their office location. The representative I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and answered every question I had. Twice, I had to extend my rental reservation due to my vehicle not yet being ready. All I had to do was call in and let them know, and it was done in less than 5 minutes. Once my vehicle was ready, I drove the rental to the office and a staff member drove me to the dealership to pickup my vehicle. I can’t thank enterprise enough for the support and assistance provided during this time. Thank you!”

“The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is they need more help. They had one lady pretty much running the front desk, with a lobby full of people. She was extremely efficient and had exceptional customer service. She was still extremely friendly and willing to help. The phone was ringing off the hook because there was no one else to help her. I went in on both a Saturday and a Thursday. She was there both days and pretty much ran the show. I give her 10 out of 10 stars. Enterprise itself could use more staff to relieve the load off the person running the front desk.”
“I’m not going to focus too much on the rental vehicle with this review because the one I got was not only clean but it also ran exceptionally well. What I really want to focus on is the customer service from both Mike and Tammy that went above and beyond for me. I’ve also rented enough vehicles in my life to say that after reading the reviews, people forget that they need to read the requirements of what is needed before renting a vehicle (Please make sure that if you live in San Antonio, that you bring a current utility bill in your name AND that you have good enough credit to use your debit card, otherwise, you will need a credit card under your name with funds available to hold the vehicle. THIS IS ALL STATED WHEN BOOKING ONLINE. Also, take pictures before you leave the lot. Document all scrapes, dings, scratches, holes, ANYTHING before leaving and notifying them of this, too. Otherwise, it’s on you. With that being said, having an open communication and friendly attitude goes a long way and this is what I was consistently met with here at this location. 100% will rent here again. Thank you, Tammy for making both the check-in and check-out process so easy. San Antonio and Avis are blessed to have a wonderful employee like you!”

“I just returned my rental car...and it was a very smooth process...I must say that I was a little skeptical about this location after reading the reviews...I rented for two weeks...and my pickup was very professional and also a smooth process..there were no real issues...however at the end of my trip, the oil change now light was displayed...and I immediately contacted Hertz road service...at the time I was in Virginia heading back to San Antonio, Tx which was like 1300 miles...so anyway Hertz ended up having the vehicle towed 3hrs away to Charlotte, NC to the airport to exchange vehicles...however when I arrived there were no vehicles available...had to wait til the following morning to exchange the vehicle...which was a smooth process...then made it back to San Antonio, Tx. Just in time for this vehicle to also need a oil change...overall all was well...and all good in the hood...would surely recommend this location...the price was very good compared to the surrounding area locations.”
