Took the croissant class with Chef Richard. He's a great instructor. Made these amazing butter croissants, chocolate and almond croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and apple chausson.For the snack, the served mushroom and spinach quiche with a composed salad of tomato, greens, and grapes.
