You can never get a hold of anybody over the phone. Have to physically be there to get a job done…if you get assisted…

I went in to cash a check and was nervous because it was my first time having to cash a check. The staff were very welcoming and helped me right away! I was sad that the closest Chase locations to me closed down but I will definitely be visiting this branch when I need to go in!
