Very unprofessional, waited 30 minutes for an appointment just for the lady I was having an appointment with to just get to and walk out.

Bank temporarily closed, tiny signs posted on the interior entrance doors only. I believe I saw something previously where they were going to close this branch and one on 410/90-ish.
Drive up ATM screen is smashed and completely unusable.
Main entrance doors are accessible using a Chase branded card, the ATM is up and running but you cannot perform ANY transactions whatsoever.
I get that thing shutdown but businesses owe customers the common decency of clear communications about the situation. Large, clear signage that can't be removed by ghetto people walking by, etc.

My mother who has been a local business owner for 45 years in San Antonio recently decided to open a business account at chase bank. Shortly after depositing 5 checks from our valuable customers she was told they needed our customers phone numbers to call them to verify the checks were not fraudulent. Odd… I’m sure our customers would have understood yet when has anyone received a call from a bank regarding a personal check ? Meanwhile they deposited all 5 checks they all cleared our customers accounts and this was over 60 days ago. Over $9,000.00 of our money which partially was for needed special orders we are handling for our customers. If 60 days and checks clearing the banks isn’t validation by now that indeed our loyal customers checks are good I wonder why I now have the responsibility to leave our business to go practically force them to release our money. They shut my moms account down and let me repeat it’s been 72 days they are not giving my mom her money. This is a scam and a very horrible thing to imagine anyone going thru especially my sweet mom who is 83 years old . How terrible. Save your time and beware of this bank .

Nobody ever answers the phone when you try to call and you're not allowed to leave a voice mail. Bad customer service.

Went in for a notary service. Left in 10 minutes! Wonderful staff all around. Glad to call them my bank!

Completely useless location. Should close the whole interior. You walk in and no one makes the effort to greet you. Needed to get a court document notarized and was happily told they could not do it because one notary forgot her book and the other didn't show up to work. At least they have an ATM. 1 star.

Very unhelpful, waited 10 minutes just for someone to help by the front desk. Just to tell me i cant open a bank account because im a immigrant. By the way i am a legal immigrant with al the paperwork to prove it with social security, but no interest in helping. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.
