Been giving me the hardest time trying to recover my thousand dollars that was in a joint account I had with my mom who passed away. It shouldn't be THIS hard to get my own money. Like I'm not already hurting enough??

Great attentive customer service! Mariana helped my mother and I today and she was great! Took care of all our questions and helped us with everything! She was also the only banker greeting all new customers and signing them in. She really took care of everyone! If she isn’t the manager, she should be!
