Went in for a notary service. Left in 10 minutes! Wonderful staff all around. Glad to call them my bank!

Completely useless location. Should close the whole interior. You walk in and no one makes the effort to greet you. Needed to get a court document notarized and was happily told they could not do it because one notary forgot her book and the other didn't show up to work. At least they have an ATM. 1 star.

Very unhelpful, waited 10 minutes just for someone to help by the front desk. Just to tell me i cant open a bank account because im a immigrant. By the way i am a legal immigrant with al the paperwork to prove it with social security, but no interest in helping. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.

Would give one star, but the people seem nice. The problem is they have ONE person to do inside and outside transactions. Literally seat in drive thru for long periods of time not even being acknowledged, while they help the people inside. I don’t know how they’re still open. Been waiting 10 mins already at the drive thru and not even spoken to yet.It’s not the employees fault they don’t staff properly, so I’m not going to fuss at them.Do better Chase

Wonderful customer service. Needed to arrange a wire transfer and order more checks. Manager warmly greeted us and advised us that there was one customer ahead of us. Called within 5 minutes and whole process took under 30 minutes. Bank rep who took care of us also personable and efficient.

Tellers are ALWAYS rude and treat you like you’re doing something unscrupulous when you’re just trying to cash a check or doing anything else at this branch. Probably the worst bank experience ive ever had is at this branch, and ive been to multiple Chase branches. i wish I lived closer to another one.

My husband and I walked into this branch to joint our accounts and that was quickly thrown out the window when this woman saw my State ID. She just kept repeating over and over and questioned how it was possible I had an account. She questioned my legal status and asked if I had a valid SSN... it was awkward. Others would quickly feel uncomfortable but I just didn't care for her lack of knowledge. I've been banking with Chase since high school. They've had my business for over 12 years now. 12!! I never had an issue before until she opened my profile. People with no SSNs have active accounts... ?? I am authorized to be in the US, and have a valid Texas Drivers license . Anyways, she didn't "couldn't" help us so we left. She didn't even bother ask her superiors for advice or assistance due to her lack of knowledge and Un professionalism. It was like she wanted to deactivate my account
