Awful location, no ATM outside, ATM inside is horrible

Closed at 9 30 am on a Tuesday. Hours are incorrect. Can't get help. Plan on closing account because all the Chase banks in this city are clearly closing down.

They gave me an appointment and kept me waiting for more than half an hour, then a man named Edgar MartÃnez came with a very bad manner to tell me that there was no one to assist me after waiting so long and having an appointment for 9 am, very bad communication and poor disposition. to help customers
