Can't get a human on the phone. Don't get call backs as promised. staff not customer oriented,a few reasons why people are leaving in droves. Sad really sad!!!

The location off of San Pedro provided fantastic customer service. Canaska Rodriguez (Relationship Banker) was both speedy and had wonderful accuracy! We will be coming here again for all our needs. :)

No one seems to be working. 45 minutes and still waiting for a notary and I'm first on the list. 2nd time I've been here today because no one was here earlier. Unbelievably bad service. Back because notary didnt do it right 1st time. Totally changing banks!!!!!!!
