For instance, i spent over 200, they gave me 2-30$ off cash coupons. And then the second time I went to use one 30$ cash-coupon and spent just over 100, they gave me a 60$ off cash-coupon!?”
“They don't have a lot of variety for kid's clothing, seems very limited. Floors were a mess, and cashier was fast but not overly friendly, very mechanical in her presentation about getting the Old Navy credit card, and voided making eye contact, spent almost $300 and felt unvalued.”
“I was shopping at the JCP at Rolling Oaks. My husband was with me, he walks with a cane, recovering from a stroke. I was going into a Fitting Room and was looking for a chair for him to sit momentarily. No chair to be found. I asked him to stand and wait for a minute, I was only trying one thing on. Out of nowhere a young lady by the name of Amy walked up with a stool! A big shout out to Amy! It took some stress off me knowing that my husband was temporarily okay. What an amazing young lady! She saw him grabbing clothes for his little sister and rolling the cart and fixing clothes that the employee thought it was so cute. she let him go behind the register and put the clothes on the bags and reward him with stickers. I know some companies don’t allow that but please dont get mad at the employee but she truly made his day!!! Wonderful job.”

One sales associate went out of her way multiple times to look for a specific set of pjs I was looking for and I think the selection and pricing is great. We had a wonderful shopping experience at Buckle in La Cantera. Alexis was awesome , so friendly, engaging, and patient while helping our daughter find the perfect shirts at a great value. Alexis made the experience fun and enjoyable, and our daughter left feeling confident and excited about her picks. Excellent customer service and a great selection — we’ll definitely be back!”
“I had a very difficult time returning an item here. The manager didn’t give my situation the time of day. I shop here often, but her lack of attention and care caused me to consider never going back.
Her reason for not accepting the return? The item was worn…once.
My reason for returning? The item was made horribly and wouldn’t last past a single use.
My reason for this review is to shout out AGM David for the great customer service he provided. Although this situation started off bad, David came in to save the day. He damaged out the $20 belt, offering me a full refund, because he agreed the product wasn’t made well. He let me know it was an exception, but he still took care of the unhappy customer. Had I known the belt would mess up after wearing it less than half a work day I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
Way to go David. Thank you for providing next level service, and putting the needs of your customer first.”

When we were ready to pay Austin found the clothes we picked out on sale so we were able too get an extra shirt. Nobody does that these days! Thanks Austin and Gap! “It was my first time selling to Kid-to-Kid and I had a great experience! I was a little confused about the selling versus donation process but the girl working the counter really helped me and my friend to go through the process of what is accepted/ not and how to establish an account. The little one had a lot of fun in the store while Megan sorted through the items and we actually ended up getting some cute bows (shout out to the cute taylor swift bow that I for myself lol!).
The items they didn't take we were able to explain to our little one would go to people who needed it more and used the remaining money to get her a new outfit. Overall a great first experience! I will be back”
