“Beautiful mission with extremely friendly tour guides and helpers that explained the history so well. A moving experience honestly. We loved it and hope to be back.”
“What a beautiful Catholic Church. I've always wanted to see & visited which I finally did last Saturday. I was so intrigued & felt my Lord Jesus Christ in the Church. This Church has alot of History about Jesus that led to His Crucifixion & died on the Cross ✝️ for our sins. I recommend anyone to go & see the Church yourself & feel the Love & Holy Spirit inside the Church!”
“I discovered the Traditional Latin Mass late in life when Pope Benedict XVI released Summorum Pontificum and never knew that our St. Joseph SSPX Church existed in San Antonio until just a couple of years ago. It is wonderful to have them here. It's beautiful to have the TLM and solid Catholic Catachism still being taught. St. Joseph is currently raising money to build a larger church in Schertz, it's been slow going building the funds needed, but if youbuild it, they will come.???”

“This is a beautiful mission. The church still has masses and it was a great place to pray for lost ones. There are tons of parking and it is just a great place to walk around and learn about history. The church itself is immaculate on the inside. There is a small gift shop in the "back" of the church on a separate building. I heard that this was the most complete and beautiful mission in San Antonio. I am glad I was able to visit it.”
“The San Jose Mission holds a special place in my heart as one of the most cherished destinations in San Antonio. Stepping onto its grounds, you're immediately whisked away to a different era, enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and beauty that stands in stark contrast to the contemporary world outside its walls. It's truly a serene oasis that offers a unique glimpse into the past.”
“I was attending a memorial service for a friend's stepfather. It's has a lovely sanctuary with stained glass windows and a big altar area. It kind of has a late 60s early 70s vibe to the place.”
“It's as beautiful as always. I attended services for a loved one.One can feel the love for our father there. The singer was wonderful. The love from those that attended was fabulous. I was touched to tears. My tears were of joy and love I felt there! The pastor was great! I hope to return often.”
“Little Chruch of La Villita is a charming historic chapel tucked right in the heart of San Antonio’s Riverwalk, and it’s a great place for timeless photos full of character.
The steps leading up to the church make for a stunning entrance. Around every corner of La Villita, you’ll find something new: cobblestone paths, vibrant flowers, textured walls, and of course, that signature village atmosphere that makes it feel like you've stepped into a romantic little world.
There are so many incredible photo options everywhere you look— if you have an artist’s eye. You get plenty of couple portraits, family shots, candids, etc. And let’s not overlook the convenient parking right across the street, food is close by, and everything you need is just a short walk away.
It's a pleasure to spend a day creating joyful memories in one of San Antonio’s historical spots.”
“Pastor Richard is really great. You really feel welcomed when you come here. I saw in a previous review someone said it was "ghetto" but if ghetto means welcoming people in all levels of their faith, then yes, ITH is ghetto, because you can come as you are and you will be welcomed with open arms. The music is great and uplifting and will bring you to tears if you surrender your thoughts and your heart. They have classes for children and youth. If you go through life with Judging eyes you will always find something negative, but if you surrender and look at life with faith and understanding you will appreciate all that life has to offer. At ITH they offer you a new perspective on life, what you allow into your atmosphere, sometimes forcing you to look at your very own approach on life, accountability. I've been coming here for 5 years and it feels like home. There are all ages, and people in different stages of life. Come for the music stay for the word. Be Blessed in your journey”
“My sister and her husband got married here and it was definitely a great experience and a wonderful home feeling church to be in. Everyone was so nice and friendly and we enjoyed ourselves to the Maxx.. sho nuff sho nuff.... Dave & Latonya P. From Big Dallas Texas....”
“It is too important for everyone to follow God and live with him, my best experience knowing him and thanks to the one who invited me to meet him from Atlanta, Georgia, the young Dany and here in San Antonio, Pastor Pablo”
“Beautiful historic catholic church across the street from the Holiday Inn that we are staying at. I was taking pictures of the outside when a couple came out of the church and suggested that I go inside to take pictures, advising me that the church was empty and open to the public. I went inside and saw how beautiful the interior was. Since there was nobody else there I took the opportunity to snap a few photographs. The history of this building is rich and as I mentioned the architecture and stained glass are beautiful: my photographs don't do it justice.”
“People there very friendly oriented, very helpful.
Give then a chance to help you!!
Don't be a stranger, they like it new faces commitment to help is the goal..
Thank you!!”
“My family has had 3 funerals here in the last 4 years. My parents moved into the neighborhood 60+ years ago, and we all attended church here. Though it's changed through the years, there are still so many loving people here or have helped us deal with heartache and just being supporting. Thank you for what you do. GOD BLESS! ♥️”
“Best church this side of Earth. I was hurting one evening and could only think to go to church. So I did and cried and called Jesus and some more. I slept and woke and cried some more then I was calm and drove away. Peace be with me for God had kept me”
“If you want to hear the truth of the word, this is the church for you. Lifehouse is a place where you have opportunities to serve in multiple capacities, including mission trips to Colombia, where we partner with another four square church and their pastor. The youth program is great with small groups two Sundays a month and Invite Nights on the other two Sundays.
The unmanipulated word of God is taught and is not influenced by what the world says is "acceptable". Being a Christian today is not easy, but the people at Lifehouse, led by Pastor Ryan Coffey, walk alongside you through the process. We love it here!”
“Being Minnonite myself, I was so happy to see there's a church in the area.I'm on their mailing list, and if I can get into San Antonio will personally check them out. I also listen to services online, and admit they're different from the conservative services I'm used to..I encourage people to consider attending and give an honest review of your experience. Bet you have a wonderful worship experience.”
“Revival/Camp meeting this week (April 5 - 9, 2021) has been amazing! My regular church is Victory Baptist in Hondo, but I can tell you, the Holy Spirit is in Faith Baptist! The people there love the Lord and love one another. If you live in San Antonio and don't have a church, pray that God leads you here.”
“Very friendly and helpful people. Baptisms offered. Decent parking. Cafe and gift store on site. Numerous assistants available to help guide or answer questions. Vibrant stagework. Multicultural and multi ethnic membership.”
“Went to Easter service, first timer. Great service, great music and the Pastor kept me engaged. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the VIP gift bag and food. Love seeing the kids Easter egg hunt, it was fun.”

“Humble beautiful church. However, the heat wasn't on when we visited. Temps were in the 20's and we were freezing indoors.
Priest was nice and kind to the family.”
“Unfortunately, I was here for a solemn occasion…That said, the members of the church were all very gracious, caring, and warm. The church itself was very nice, bright and seems very well kept.”
“I felt the holy Spirit in St Vincent like never before in my.ifetime .59 yrs young n all the family married here. I heard the Priest who went to California ..recently. He was the best Priest in my lifetime ..He told true stories about Jesus . I was touched by that fact, every I sat in front of the beautiful vision of the Virgin Mary n I felt her there. I tried to move because I think your supposed to move to the side of Her wonderous vision. Very much so. I feel a lot in this church ! If your looking to feel the Lord. Go to St Vincent again. . Can't wait to return to feel the power of the Lord God Almighty. Amen .”
“I met with one of the senior personnel. They senior program where they pick them up and take them to places. Number of other excellent services. It is recommended that you look at their website so that you can match the services you need to the ones that they’re offering in whichever location that they’re at.
Beautifully clean building an extremely caring, very pleasant personnel.
You can attend mass at this location”
“I started attending Cornerstone in my early twenties. I am now in my early forties. God has been the only thing steady in this world. With God, Pastor John Hagee and Pastor Matthew Hagee have not only ministered to me but my entire immediate family. We all accepted Jesus Christ and were baptized at some point in our lives through Cornerstone Church. Now we see the next generation of our family walking in the same faith. God continues to use Cornerstone Church not just locally but worldwide.”
“The message is always so relatable and I feel so connected thanks to our great ministers. I just wish they didn’t play so many songs. :) 38 minutes of songs before the Easter sermon began.”
“Attended the Christmas Eve service. Felt welcome. It's a very cozy sanctuary. Liked that the candles were lit so quickly for Silent Night, in large churches it seems to take forever.”
“My favorite place to end each week. Pastor Rick is awesome, and his wife Cindy AMAZING.
I attend church as well as the yearly "Chosen" Women's conference and that is phenomenal. If you don't go to church, you may want to join us for the Chosen bc the Testimonies are life-changing.
If you are looking for a church- Summit is it, they are so excited to see you every week. They are all so inviting and loving. I've been to my share of church's but there isn't one like Summit. You aren't just a body, you are SOMEBODY here.
The little girls up front in one of my pictures just melted my heart, seeing her worship was breathtaking ❤️”
“Absolutely stunning historical site, the architecture is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and there is a gift shop and mini museum on-site. The church is still in service as well, I believe each missions is still functioning every weekend for Mass.”
