The beds are very comfortable, with spotless clean bedding, and the jacuzzi rooms are awesome. Amenities like the fridge, freezer, and microwave work perfectly and are very clean. The pool and hot tub are also clean. The staff is very friendly, sweet, polite, helpful, and respectful. Front desk agents and housekeepers provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is very convenient, close to SeaWorld, Lackland AFB, downtown San Antonio, and lots of restaurants. It is a great option for anyone visiting the area. The hotel offers a good breakfast and is considered one of the best choice hotels. Some guests noted a mold issue in the bathroom ceiling and vents, which created a musty smell, but found the rooms clean otherwise.
