We have had nothing but good experiences with the Provider. The only negative has been loss of service for 12 hours one day. That however effected large sections of the town, not just our account. No hold times for Customer service and very polite and friendly employees.

We have used CommZoom for many years for our business. They have always provided friendly and reliable service. We are even able to keep our voice over IP phone for our business since it is so reliable.
