The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. Trust me, not all managers or employees in sales has that attitude of helping the customer who is need.”

“I cannot say enough about the customer service at this location! My husband and I came in just wanting to upgrade our phones to the newest model and luckily this store had them in stock (seriously, a shocker). We were helped IMMEDIATELY by Armando and got our upgrades squared away. That checkout process was quick and painless. We both had an issue where our current phones weren’t backing up correctly and transferring to the new phone. Jesus stepped in to help us as well and they both worked really hard to make sure we were set with our new phones. There were a lot of issues with getting everything transferred over but I am SO happy we were set up with these two because they were extremely patient, accommodating, knowledgable, and super pleasant to work with. Even the managers were checking in to make sure the process went smoothly, which I appreciated. We finally got them working thank goodness, but we would be at a loss if not for the amazing folks here.5 stars and nothing less!!”
