This place sucks, I recommend just getting your prescription sent to you by mail or choosing a different pharmacy.

This store sucks. Place order online they always cancel orders even though I have verified product is in stock. Employees are lazy and just don't want to pull products. Even after they've canceled my order, I go to the store to see if products are on shelf and yep they are. They refund your extracare bucks but you no longer can take advantage of the sales because coupons will not be returned to account.

One of the worst CVS pharmacy around. The pharmacist Patel flat out lies about calling the doctor and being on hold. Refuses to listen to multiple doctor orders and even went as far to black list one of my doctors because he was “on hold” for over 40 minutes. The doctor has a 10 minute policy on calls with pharmacists and would never put them on hold that long. This has been an on going issue, along with other issues, for a couple of years and we finally had enough after this last round of prescription battles. If you have to go to CVS, just go to the medical center. At least you will be treated as a human.

I don’t understand why you don’t tell your patients the insurance didn’t cover your medicine, do you still want it or why do you fill the medication if it’s too soon on the insurance. Taking advantage of senior citizens.

Never opens on time. Actually parked at this CVS right now and not opened. 10 mins late and counting. A man just left bc people are relying on places to be opened when they are suppose to. Not good and I love CVS but not one that can’t get their employees to get here in time to open

Lousy customer service, poor management, you walk into the store, and the employees seem to hide or blatantly ignore you while you're asking them for help.

I went in to pick up my daughters medicine. The lady at the counter was very disrespectful and rude. She was speaking to me in a degrading way. Like I was slow or didn’t know what was going on. Their customer service needs some work. I’ve worked with customers my whole life and I’ve never treated or wanted to treat anyone the way she did me yesterday. Better training or maybe care how your pharmacists are treating people. Because that was not ok and I’m switching locations due to not wanting to see these rude people everytime I need to refill my daughters meds.
