They closed the store 15 minutes before the end of their shift, and even though I told them they still had time, they wouldn't let me in. They locked the door, and I drove 8 miles because I saw online that it was open until 11:00 AM. It was 10:50 PM on August 21st, and the employees on this shift were awful.

You don't have a zero, worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees were just ignoring customers. As a Senior citizen I am a little slower, need help finding OTC products. Left with nothing, no help. Have been to others , are very helpful. So my rating is a zero star.
