Very rude and they don’t know how to rotate there people so that they are not closed during business hrs. This pharmacy I will never use again. There are other ones to use for my medicines. These are the type of employees that I would never hire.

Went to pickup prescription fr cvs se military dr for my wife which has covid the techs walked in front of me without asking if I needed help stood there 5min while they conversed.the clerks are rude and not the first time. Find another store!

Store is ok when I have gone in. But this complaint is mainly about why do you have sales on prints and posters and then conveniently none of your stores have the items available. I pay for it and it keeps saying order delayed not in stock... cancel order and place again. Im sure if I paid regular price it would go through. Do not offer sales or discounts if you are not going to actually make it available for purchase.

Super disappointed lately in my CVS neighborhood store no bags to put my merchandise in and still very dirty carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed and I don’t know how long mind you the store has never looked the way it has ever since they gave management to a younger Guy that hardly ever says hello or welcomes you into the store ever since I walk into the store, I have never heard anyone say welcome men or nothing like before no greedy no nothing so disappointed and there’s always stuff in the Isles that look like they haven’t been put together just a total mess and I’ve been living in my neighborhood for 12 years and this is the first time I’ve ever had to go on here and make this type of complaint and I have pictures to back everything up

This has got to be the worst CVS in San Antonio. The techs are extreme rude and the pharmacist is rude and inattentive as well. Horrible service , rude staff all around in the pharmacy except for one tech I did not catch her name. I will definitely not be using this pharmacy after today. Very trashy. The store is also a rediculous mess. Trash all over the floor and the restrooms are worse than the service from the pharmacy. This is the worst trashiest CVS I’ve ever seen !

the pharmacy stole two months worth of my anxiety medication. said they gave me 90 days supply, only gave me thirty. sale items never in stock. Workers follow you around, thinking everyone is stealing from them. And they are so rude if you have a question, especially management. No customer service skills.

Luv some price's but when you walk in there no one there to help you that's ridiculous any one can walk out with the items the one on s military Dr and Flores what's going on and I told the young guy. and he didn't want to take my 4 dollars points that I had and I did put my phone number poor service need a meeting with all those employees.

I highly would not recommend this pharmacy location the staff can be extremely rude. Not even greet you or better yet push your medication right at you as if your a dog.
I had a pharmacy technician help me today at the drive through service.
When asked why I was being charge for medication I’m normally not charged for she seems bothered to have to do her job and figure out their error.
When she came back to the window not even asked if I needed a consult with the pharmacist or explain the issue of why I was being wrongfully charged. Just shoved my medication through the slot and out the window and walked away.
The service sucks and she obviously hates her job when being asked from a customer to do her job. That’s what you get paid for…..
I’ve had minor unsatisfactory encounters here but this did it for me and management seriously needs to train this girl she doesn’t belong in the customer service area.

I'm thinking of contacting an attorney to sue this pharmacy for discrimination, pain and suffering.They refused to fill my pain meds that ive been filling with cvs for over a year!If I could give negative stars I would. Take your scripts and run,FAST! Cvs just lost my business!
