The pharmacy never answers the phone. Other than that, it’s fine. But when I’m trying to talk to a real person about HOW LONG my prescription is going to be ready. Then when I finally get on the phone with someone she is completely unprofessional and absolutely rude! Will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

This CVS should change their name! They do not value their customers, extremely poor service. What was I thinking? I should have gone to Target!

Very rude, obviously no customer service training. We can’t even get our medication in a decent time line. We are fortunate that we can move back to HEB but some of our family members can not which is sad considering the horrible service here.
