This is by far one of the most difficult pharmacies I have had to deal with. First of all, if you have any questions, make plans to go in person because they do NOT answer your calls. My husband was turned away 10 minutes til closing because they were 'closing'. I just don't agree with the way they handle things and if I didn't have to use this pharmacy due to having them in network with my insurance, I'd go elsewhere.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. Other than that, it’s fine. But when I’m trying to talk to a real person about HOW LONG my prescription is going to be ready. Then when I finally get on the phone with someone she is completely unprofessional and absolutely rude! Will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Very rude, obviously no customer service training. We can’t even get our medication in a decent time line. We are fortunate that we can move back to HEB but some of our family members can not which is sad considering the horrible service here.

Don’t buy the visa gift cards here!! I bought one that was apparently tampered with and the funds were used before the person I gifted it to could use it. I could not tell that it had been tampered with as it’s a pretty sophisticated scam.They need to keep these gift cards behind the counter as opposed to the back of the store where anyone could just mess with them. Of course the store won’t take responsibility since it’s not their product. Glad it was only 50 dollars and not 500… Hope this review can save others from this scam. Merry Christmas!

I went to pharmacy and told my name but my medicine was not ready and he told me to wait. So I was looking at shelves and waiting to be called. Then I realized thatPharmacy was shuttered without any sign. I had to wait another 30 minutes. He should have called before going lunch.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. I have had a problem every time I have gone there. They sold me a open bottle of medicine that leaked all over my car. They say that they have your medicine ready and when you show up you still have to wait. And all around bad customer service and rude comments from the pharmacy. Will be going elsewhere.

They lost a family member’s asthma inhaler prescription despite previously saying they’d have it ready same or next day. In the past when they haven’t had enough medicine in stock, they say if you get a partial amount of your prescription you have to forfeit the remaining amount. I think they need to hire more pharmacists for the work load they’re carrying.

I called yesterday to get a prescription thst I take daily refilled. The bottle says there are two refills remaining. When I went to the store today they first told me they had no refills on this prescription and that they called my provider. I informed them that there were two refills. Oh, they said you have one refill left but we can’t refill the prescription since they had sent a message to the provider. The frustration of having to use the automated system to call is intensified by situations like this. I like CVS but this I irritates me. Since this is Friday afternoon, I wonder when this prescription might be refilled.

The team member was extremely helpful. She was very professional and sweet.The easy use of self checkout makes the shopping experience smoother. I also love the Extra Care card. I save lots of money and am able to use multiple coupons in the same transaction.

Very rude, I recently had to change all prescription to cvs, after being with HEB for so long, every rep is rude.
