Was looking for the Discount Shoe Warehouse & found the Designer Shoe Warehouse. Not much of a selection of Men's shoes. Looking for something casual. Looked at a pair of Timberlands but didn't see much else that caught my eye beyond Tennis, Trainers, sandals or house shoes. This place used to be the place to go. Now I got to go somewhere else 😕

Went for vans...the selection wasn't great on that particular shoe...and the prices are not much different than just going to the actual vans store in the mall

Decent selection of sneakers, but I struck out on finding the sizes I needed in the styles I wanted. One of the consequences of having size 13 feet.

I typically love DSW, but wow this location is rude. I went to return an online order ($42) and they tried to refund only $11. The cashier’s tone was condescending as she said that’s what their computer shows so that’s all they could do. I showed her and the manager the $42 total on my phone/online order and the manager just shrugged his shoulders and looked away. Really surprised that he overheard the cashier’s tone and didn’t intervene or at least try to figure out the problem. Bizarre experience and likely won’t go to this location again.

Great staff! I know that Melody doesn’t usually work at this store but I had the pleasure of checking out with her on my birthday. It was really great talking with her and she made my shopping experience very enjoyable and a birthday to remember. These moments with incredible staff members makes me look forward to shopping with them again. Thanks Melody!

Didn't buy anything but had a good experience here. Wasn't sure of the woman's name who went above and beyond to help me out but she had a cool Darth Vader tattoo on her arm. She is extremely helpful and friendly and because of that when I do need a different pair of shoes I will return to this location. I do recommend stopping by and checking them they have a pretty decent selection of different brands here at a decent price.

Purchase some Florsheim Driver. I wore them about 4 times the stitching fell apart. That lady in sales was rude she said I can't take them back because they been use. I didn't expect new shoes but to fix the stitching yes. I never bought a shoe that only last 4 times before. Never coming to this store again or DSW...
