“My 8 month old tv had a sensor issue. After troubleshooting with Samsung for over an hour they reluctantly agreed to send a technician since I was still within warranty. It was late Friday so I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday. Nope! PJ called me the next morning, I realized that he's about 2.5 hours away but he said he'd be in town the following Friday. I explained what was happen and he diagnosed over the phone and ordered the part he needed. Sure enough PJ showed up on time and fixed the issue promptly. Took him about 30 mins from start to finish. “After doing a tonnn of research on sketchy TV repair places in San Antonio, I settled on this place. Very small business but legit. I had an issue with my Samsung TV's backlight LEDs being out, purchased the exact part on Ebay first, brought it to him and asked if he could repair it, and he did! My TV is brand new. Put it back together perfectly and had it done same day. Also the best part was that he has some cute cats inside you can pet. Bring your TV problems here to get the resolution you're looking for.”

“This guy is great! I am a VHS fanatic and so having a functioning VCR is vital for my collection. I came across a cute little Symphonic CRT TV and VCR combo i was so happy with! Up until i realized the tape player didnt work. I couldnt find ANYONE in this city that was even willing to open this thing up. And not only did Joe take the job, they thing freaking works now! He KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED, and overall a good guy! IF you are looking for a VCR or need yours worked on go to JOE. It might take some time for him to find you one your looking for but i am convinced he can make anything VHS work. I know its a little niche but without guys like Joe around these VCR's would be literally extinct. Thanks again buddy! And good service too!”

“Very honest and great folks at this location. I’ve bought 3 deep cycle AGM batteries from them. I had the first one go bad recently that I bought in 2021. Since that time the manufacturer changed their warranty period (from 5 years to 4 years) making it shorter. Unknowingly the employees said I was out of warranty. I left to think about it as I the battery started the vehicle still. Soon after I got a call from them saying the original warranty still had a years time left and they had my new battery waiting for me!!! They could have just let it go without saying anything but they didn’t… Very much appreciated”
