Since the original purchase and installation, the customer service has been the best. A few weeks back my antenna was damaged by a drive through car wash. I contacted Clay's ship and he put me in touch with a tech who was his employee 2 years ago that has gone mobile recently. The tech met with me the same day I called him and fixed all of my issues. The warranty is 2 years at Batteries Plus vs. 6 months for the other one.
