I missed the deadline for the review, but I wanted to make sure you guy's know how helpful Alexander was to me and my family. He went out his way to make sure we were happy and satisfied!! Never experienced service like this from a business . He deserves a 10 out of 10 .Very happy with his Customer service.

Horrible service. Rude people. Carston was the only great employee they had and he moved. I rather drive down to the another location off military dr than to deal with these people that are closer to me.

As other (recent) reviews indicate, the service will always keep clients coming back!My initial experience (this morning) may have already been determined, but for anyone considering a rental vehicle for any reason drop my the location listed @ SE Military Dr. The staff is prepared and highly capable of the Best Service to their clients, time after time. They have to be because Asst Mgr DE'JA is leading by example. The care and quick adjustment to satisfy the necessity of the Enterprise client is primary. See for yourself; the professional standard is constant. *while gathering info on names of the local Enterprise staff, [Robert] made a suggestion that I wasn't aware and after conferring with family, fits our traveling budget. In the recent economy, saving a few bucks is highly sought after.Great leadership, clean vehicles and articulate explanations on everything you signed. Thanks Again Guys??Great work!

BE AWARE... I got a vehicle from the Schertz location, and a few days later, the oil change light came on. So, I called them, and they informed me that they would have a vehicle at the military drive location. When I first arrived, I talked to a lady who told me they did not have a vehicle for me. I explained to her that I called ahead of time and was told they had one. She was a little rude, so I said thank you and left, but I came back (big mistake). I asked her to speak with the manager, and she told me she was the manager, so I asked her to help me locate a vehicle that seats six people because I did not want to drive around with a vehicle with the oil change light on. So, she said they just got one, an F150. She told me they were cleaning it, so I waited. We inspected the car, walked around, and got on top (really quick); she did not check under the vehicle. I drove the vehicle out of the lot, which smelled like cigarettes and cleaning products, but I did not say anything. I drove it out of the lot, and the tire light came on, so I put air on the tire, but a few days later, the light came back again, and the engine light as well. After calling the main line and going to other locations to find another vehicle, I was told to go to the airport. In the airport, the lady (the manager) who did the inspection told me the truck had hail damage. I told her that was impossible because Texas had no hail. So, she told me she could not give me a vehicle, and she had to file a claim, or I would have to go back to the military drive location. So, I told her I would have to wait and go to that location. They checked the truck in the Military Drive location and DID NOT FIND HAIL DAMAGE or any damage. They exchanged the vehicle and gave me a minivan with another warning light on. Days later, they called me and said that the engine light came on because it had undercarriage damage. First, they tried to get me for FAKE HAIL DAMAGE, and now they want to say that I caused the ENGINE DAMAGE. When I called the main line, I was informed that the F150 NEEDED SERVICE and that was why the engine light was on. Enterprise is not doing services on their vehicles on time, and they want to blame the customers. I called the main line and disputed the undercarriage damage because nothing was said about the damage when I returned the vehicle (not even the FAKE HAIL DAMAGE). So please be careful with their vehicles.I am also opening a dispute with BBB because this is ridiculous.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I reserved an 8 passenger premium SUV for our trip this weekend and when my husband arrived they gave the SUV away to someone else days prior without anybody contacting us… this will be the last time I go to enterprise I have no idea what the point or purpose is reserving a vehicle for our trip, and for it just to be handed off to someone else, even though it was reserved to us.

My main concern is that if you have two or more people on your insurance policy only one can be the primary on the rental vehicle, but if you want to use another policy holder they charge you another $15 a day for the other driver. Hertz doesn't.

Stay Away from this location. Victor the manager who clearly does NOT know how to reach out to a loyal customer other than an email them and then not respond to an email and then show up to a home demanding "repossession" of a vehicle that I did not even have ownership of. Had he been a Manager and reached out to me and answered the phone when the corporate office called regarding my payment and my request to make payment this situation would have never needed to be escalated. Then for this Manager Victor to request that I am blocked from renting vehicles from this company, without hesitation or even reaching out to me a loyal customer is not acceptable. A manager that does not do his job should not be allowed to take a customer's rights away just because he says so. I for one work in Customer Service and the customer at least has a chance to plead their case. This manager Victor came to my home rude, ugly and disrespectful and then he blocked me from ever renting from Enterprise again, after so many years of being a loyal Customer. I for one think that this was handled the wrong way by Enterprise, and I am extremely disappointed in the way this whole situation turned out. At any time, any given day you can call this location, the phone just continuously rings. I had complained about this location from the beginning of my rental experience here, Enterprise should have taken a lot of things into consideration.

Returned a vehicle with a rock chip that I was unaware of. The trainee Alexander Dolensky attempted to say that it was not part of normal wear and tear ? Washed/vacuumed the vehicle prior to return, parked in the furthest parkings to ensure the utmost safety of the vehicle, and drove more than cautiously out of respect for it being a rental, and a tiny rock was my downfall. Was charged $500 for the damage for a repair that is more than likely a fourth of that cost.

Service is always excellent and the Vehicles are good quality vehicles. Jamie In the front desk for Customer Service was very helpful and made it an easy process. This is my second time there, and Will be my first option all the time. Thank you very much.

Always wasteing your time and never give you the right information. Make you come up there spend a few hours just for they can tell you we can't rent to you, because they gave us the wrong info
