Very poor customer service ??♂️. The little girl working was no help at all. They make it seem like your the issue instead of helping deal with the issue. I’m switching companies I’d suggest everyone who has Fred loya should do the same!!!!

Desiree has HORRIBLE customer service skills. She was so rude and unprofessional, I am not getting insurance from here because of her. She is lazy and down right rude! AND I got bit by ants from her desk. This whole consultation was complete joke in all honesty. This obese woman should not be employed here. So disappointed

The overweight women that work there (Desiree) have 0 costumer service, literally was waiting for me yo leave to start using her phone, the way she answer was rude, after 6 years being loyal to Fred Loya I’m moving to another insurance !! ??
