Service needs improvement, the building was hot which possibly correlates with the employees attitudes. Be cautious this Bank is well known to be connected with Guardianship Attorneys. So use caution if you have an elderly relative banking here.

2 counter tellers. 2 front desk greeters, reading books. Long line and employees don't seem to notice.

professional bankers. I highly recommend Frost Bank due to the way that they explained their services and customer service courteous service.

Every time my fiancee and I come here, there is always at least a 30 minute wait. 19 people in line with one teller on a FRIDAY @ noon... come on guys. There are like 8 employees walking around excusing themselves as they walk through the line which is just about out the door.. What we believe....is their moto.... what I believe is that yall need more tellers.... just saying
