I have had my Frost Account for some time.Frost customer service representatives I reached by phone are always helpful, informative on the topic at had weather it is a question on my balance, online acct questions, or when I am not sure of what action or changes I need to make. They always give me accurate information, refer me to the right dept, or inform me what would best for me to take care by lphone or at a bank location.I am very happy with this financial institution.I must honestly say they are very sincere in thier interest in my personal account. The guidance which has included educational seminars, informative emails, fraud alerts, and overall account information on ways to make the right decisions for me.My knowledge has increased to a financial situation that is not just money in and money out.I looking forward to increasing my participation in our overall financial market with thier help.Better choices of how, when, and what to do for an increase for a positive account balance including a positive use of money.

I wondered how they can afford to answer the phone 24/7, and quickly found out the reason: they compromised on quality. They know nothing, do nothing, and are rude. My IQ is lower for having interacted with these cretins and their ineptitude.

Nice and modern building. Good customer service and well organized. The bank only has one ATM machine at this location to do your own tranasctions.

Love Frost, hate the drive through at this branch. Horrible wait times even before Covid, , no depot slips. Seldom greet, acknowledge, or thank you for being a Frost customer. Today when I voiced my displeasure about consistently long wait times and no deposit slips, teller said “Maybe you should go to another branch” . She deemed it easier for me to go away than acknowledge problems and possibly apologize for them

Fifteen years ago, I raved about this bank. Something changed drastically and I hate this bank. We've been treated like crooks for withdrawing our own money, serviced like a toilet, and most recently we drew a cashier's check that the bank forgot to sign so we our vehicle purchase was delayed. Horrible service. Wish I could recommend a better bank but they all have gone down the drain. Selfish, greedy and inconsiderate. (Edited). Went back to get signature and did not even get an apology)

If I could give this bank a 0 I would...I would rather not give it a rating at all as they are that horrible and inept. I have written other reviews on Frost and this is a continuation of those previous reviews....my opinion has not changed. My mother passed in May, 2020. 6 months later they have STILL not settled her account, paid her bills, or funded the necessary trusts required by her will. They DO NOT return phone calls, they DO NOT answer emails, they DO NOT have any customer service what so ever. Their answer to everything, when you finally get a response is: " We sill take care of that." Oh, I know, Frost has a wonderful reputation, however, how many of these illustrious reviews have had to deal with their trust department or their "will" department. I have stated this again and I will restate my experiences with them. If your estate is worth a million dollars or less.you are NOTHING. to them. You are put on a back burner and you are constantly and consistently put off, ignored, and nothing gets done. We have now consulted an attorney. Part of the problem is that my mother was strong armed and bullied into making Frost the executor of her will...so they have the control. Our attorney's response was , "was she in her right mind to make a large corporation her executor?" My answer was, that Frost did not fully explain to her the huge fees that they would charge her estate, nor that her estate would not be settled in timely fashion. As her only daughter, only child, and heir, as a right as an heir I should have been given a copy of her will upon the will being probated....I just received my copy last night via email. And that was after 6 months , advise from an attorney, and several emails and phone calls before they responded. FYI: The will was probated the beginning of June 2020. in Kerr County. FYI: In 2009 my father had passed away and during the meeting with bank officials a NEW attorney was SUGGESTED by Frost Bank...interesting, huh? One year later, my mother changed her will with the new attorney present and the bank officials. My mother had the right to do whatever she wanted to do and she was of sound mind back then. Upon receipt of the will, my attorney and I were relieved to see that the date of the new will was in 2010 and not after I had gotten the guardianship over her in 2017. Of course, Frost is not going to make such a glaring and corrupt mistake as that. Our attorney was concerned about that fact. So that has not been an issue...why? Because Frost Bank is too smart to make obvious illegal moves. However, they are able to stall, not do their work, nor get an estate settled in a duly amount of time. Day before yesterday I was told by one bank official that a normal estate took 12-18 months to settle...a bunch of BS...which this bank has a.lot of BS to shell out. Though they think I am a d*** lackey, in the past, I have been executor of a will, I have seen large estates totaling over 100 million dollars, and estates that have been contested settled in a much shorter time. Frost Bank employs people that do not do their job. They put things off...like paying bills, like reimbursing heirs of expenses they have incurred, like paying taxes. All these things have occurred and are occurring. Frost has a legion of lawyers...being of limited finances I cannot responsibly take on litigation and have been told by attorneys that if my mother's estate had been worth $10 million or more, they believe I have a case and they would take my case in a heart beat. All I can do is complain, continue to call them, repeatedly send documents that they ask for and then they lose and we have to send them documents again, and then they do nothing with them. The latest is we had to take a loan out to pay my mother's caregivers upon her death, which I might add Frost refused to pay and then when we accounted for the times, they said, that they would get to it...never did. I believe that people should be paid for their work in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable amount. We
