This is the first time I meet Jazmin. She was very polite. When she asked if I wanted her to strap my cash together I mentioned that I was taking everything back to bundle in groups of 25. Without hesitation and without me even asking she bundled everything into 25 for me. That's customer service.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my account and the Servive Rep Juan helped me resolve my issues. Coffee available for free. The place was nice an clean as usual. Glad to be a Frost Bank Customer.
