Their business phone line has been going straight to voice-mail all morning and I'm trying to pick up my vehicle this is definitely not professional.

My car wouldn’t start and within a few hours AAA had my car loaded up and towed to Galaxy. They diagnosed it first thing in the morning as a starter issue and were able to get it fixed then back to me the same day. John was very helpful and polite. Overall highly positive experience.
