About Greyhound Shop
Greyhound San Antonio offers a busy and organized travel experience, though some aspects could be improved. While the station is clean and feels safe, the staff is often described as unhelpful or cranky, especially when communication issues arise. Visitors recommend buying tickets in advance for the best prices, with one-way tickets around $35 and round trips about $80. The restaurant is closed, which disappointed some travelers who enjoyed watching others come and go. Additionally, the food court's hours could be longer, and waiting outside for loved ones is not permitted. Parking is ample, and the bus service includes several stops for food and bathroom breaks, although the station itself lacks beauty and clear directions. Overall, while the experience may have its challenges, the straightforward process and helpful drivers make it a reliable option for travel.

USA busses are really old like 3rd class. Once you transfer to the Mexican ones are more comfortable. Drivers need to put more effort to take care of the passengers destinations. I notice some of them missed their stop.

Wiring was exposed for outlet and alot dust above my head. Air from the a/c coming from the side window vent had a weird smell. Bus driver was friendly and on time.
