Drivers must first go to the on-site parking yard at 5863 Rittiman Rd. After checking in at the office, a text message provides the address and door number for the new facility. If the yard is full, there are side roads to park on. The check-in process is now easy. In the past, this location was horrible to unload at, but it has improved 100%. Technology has made a great change, and the use of satellite warehouses is very efficient. Unloading takes about 2-4 hours, though some reviews report times as fast as 44 minutes. Paperwork takes around 30 minutes. The overall experience is positive, with efficient security and receiving clerks. Drivers can be in and out in about 3 hours. After unloading is done, drivers get paperwork in the trailer.

When u checked in I was given door number 28.. there is no Door 28. But guard shack seems think so I drive around Alot. Dumb founded. Including leaving going another adress. They have. 4 different address locations same Street..

Quick easy process organized and efficient in dock door about 2 hours then back on the road for next destination.
