H-E-B Pharmacy is solid and helpful. Pharmacists and techs here are more helpful than many other pharmacies in this immediate area. The team offers excellent service, going above and beyond to contact insurance companies and follow up on decisions. They are thoughtful, polite, and informative, watching family members after a covid vaccine and giving an ice pack and cart when a cluster headache occurs. The pharmacy staff has assisted family members with prescriptions from other pharmacies and has been described as amazing and God sent. This solid pharmacy provides professional help for family members.
Had an issue with insurance. Kaitlyn made the change and went above and beyond contacting the insurance company. She followed up a little while later calling me to let me know that she was still working on this and that they were still waiting on a decision from the insurance company.
She offerred excellent service.
