Contemplating switching pharmacies all together. I just came to pick up a prescription, and I even got through all the steps and things to speed up the process through the app, but they always have some sort of issue with the transaction. Today I had old lady Jessica laughing at me as I'm frustratedly telling her how idk what code they need when I never get a code for the pickup I prepay for, and this was after I watch 3 cars in the second lane pass through because heaven know what BS problem they had with the car in front of me. Someone needs to take her off the customer service line because literally the reason I keep coming back to HEB is the customer service and the last thing anyone wants is this old lady laughing at them behind her glass window in the drive thru when she's already so slow that the people that are waiting are frustrated by the time they get to the window.
I've had this problem quite a few times since the stupid change they made on the app, but this was the first time I've had someone so petty and rude, that I had to turn and park so I could write about how trash this transaction was.

This HEB Plus has an awesome dining area with a lot of tables/chairs, a counter with two microwaves and two ovens for preparing your food, along with plasticware, napkins, and condiments for your convenience! And, it's right by the restrooms! Why aren't all the Plus locations set up this way? It's very helpful for courier drivers who are always on the move, and are tired of eating fast food while working from their vehicles, so thank you, HEB!

Bri was awesome. Quick and friendly service. My prescription had a ridiculously high out of pocket and she showed me how to get manufacturer coupon that cut my payment down by $500!!!

Pharm tech needs help with friendly customer service. First time I called, someone answered the phone but said nothing but I could hear talking in the background. Called back and rang forever. Someone finally answered but tech was short with me like she was annoyed i was checking on my child’s prescription and while I was still talking and asking if she wanted to take ins over the phone she hung up on me. My husband picked up the prescription and she was also short with him. The only thing that saved the service was the pharmacist was very friendly. I’ve used HEB pharmacy for years and never had problems so this was disappointing.

So my wife is disabled and is prescribed medication unfortunately across HEB it is policy to let their customers go with out medication for 2days over the holidays,instead of filling the script 1day early.Merry Christmas HEB,my wife will be in bed by mid morning Christmas day and I will miss the first 3 hrs of work the next day because wife will physically be unable to drive after 2days off meds.Now I am researching and networking to see about a class action suit against pharmacies who are playing dr and not willing to provide legally prescribed medications I say class action because apparently this is not a one off or something at HEB. After pressing we were put on hold while she talked to the pharmacist when she returned she then lied and said they were completely out of medication until the day after Christmas 🎄.

Here is the best Pharmacy!! HEB Have Years here with my prescriptions and always pay less than any insurance!! Don’t waist your time and money, here’s the best one. Excellent customer service also.

Bri at the Pharmacy was incredible. I’m always weary about the medications I’m prescribed, but Bri took the time to come and explain everything to me and make me feel so comfortable. I feel as though she really cared about me and my health, I will only use this pharmacy from now on.

I really appreciate all of the employees at this pharmacy. We’ve had to come here for my family, and everyone has been really nice.
